Why did we start?

We noticed that a lot of food products similar to Giso require the user to still chop ingredients and add it in to the product whether it be a sauce or a cooking base. With Giso you do not have to do anything except use the product.

Why we're the real deal

The Giso Cooking Base does not contain any ingredients detrimental to your health.

As well as being healthy and tasty, our product is versatile. The images below show this. Giso provides great value for money through quality and quantity. One jar of Giso can make up to 5 portions of food!

To add to this we believe the Giso Cooking Base provides superior flavours than products that are similar.

The Giso Cooking Base is also vegan friendly!

What you can make with Giso

Whatever you choose!

From chicken curries to falafel wraps, our product is extremely versatile and can be used in almost any kitchen situation! See below to have a look at what you can make...

Giso Falafel

Falafel made with the Giso Cooking Base in a wrap! A perfect demonstration of the Giso versatility.

Giso Chickpeas

Instead of Giso Falafel, we simply made Giso Chickpeas for this image! One jar of the Giso Cooking Base made 4-5 servings of Giso Chickpeas.

To make this, heat the Giso up slowly in a pot until it sizzles, add 450g of chickpeas and 300-400ml of water. Cook until you get your desired consistency.

Giso Salmon

Giso Salmon with vegatables! This image shows dried Giso Salmon.

It can easily be eaten as a curry by adding some water after the Salmon has been coated in Giso.

This is made from the same cooking base as the falafel and chickpea curry above!

Giso Beef

Using the same Giso Cooking Base as the images above, we created Giso Beef.

To make this, add approximately 400g of diced Beef to the Giso Cooking Base. Add 300-400ml of water. Let the flavours infuse and enjoy when the Beef is cooked. Reduce the mixture until you get your desired consistency.
